| SHOW HOUSE OPENING
|
| The Show House and Sales Gallery was officially launched on 6th December 2019 by His Excellency the President of the Republic of Kenya, Hon. Uhuru Muigai Kenyatta. The event was attended by members of his Cabinet, Government officials, dignitaries and representatives of the UNOPS office. The event was well attended by our members and gave everyone an opportunity to view the estate model and walk through the Show House.
The actual groundbreaking is scheduled to start in early March 2020. Members shall be informed once the official date is set.

| SELECTION DAY
|
| Selection date is scheduled for 8th February 2020, all fully paid up members will receive their selection number from The Secretariat. The selection of units shall be based on the time payments were cleared, giving the early birds preferential selection of units across Phase 1 to Phase 7.
Members in the diaspora are requested to appoint proxies and have at least 3 preferred selections for each apartment. The list of pre-selected HHCSL units shall be shared via email prior to this date.

| TITLING PROCESS
|
| The Society is pleased to inform the membership that the titling process that commenced last year has been successfully concluded and the Society through our lawyers obtained a total 46 title deeds in the name of HHCSL (44 titles in the area hived off for the exiting members, 1 title deed for the project land (Habitat Heights) and 1 title for the proposed commercial zone that fronts the highway.
The process of handing over titles to the members who exited the Society is underway.

| SALES SUB-AGENT REGISTRATION
|
|
All HHCSL members are invited to register as sales sub-agents with the Society.
The Society is the main agent and all interested members will be registered as sub-agents of the Society.
All registered sub-agents will earn a commission of 5.5% less an administration fee of Ksh. 50,000 upon every successful sale of a Habitat Heights unit.

The Society has put up 3 shares, each with an allocation of one 1brm, one 2brm and one 3brm for sale at a share price of 7 million Kenya shillings.

| The Society is growing, and we welcome new members willing to join. Some of the immediate benefits of membership to HHCSL are:

| 20% per annum charge is now in full effect on all outstanding member balances
Members are reminded to ensure to clear all balances and monthly subscriptions in order to be eligible for the upcoming member selection day.
